Pre Employment Evaluations Service

The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pre-employment and fitness-for-duty psychological evaluation services. The agency requires these services to ensure the successful, safe employment and retention of its new hires and existing employees. The selected provider will conduct psychological interviews, assessments, and reviews, determining suitability based on whether applicant testing results fall within established limits. The scope of work covers pre-employment psychological evaluations, psychological fitness-for-duty evaluations, and additional test interpretations for comprehensive applicant evaluations. Additionally, the agency requires psychological screening examination oversight services to provide expertise, guidance, and administration of the screening protocol for the post-conditional-offer, pre-employment process. The selected vendor will perform all contracted work offsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine cost.
