Employee Assistance Program Services

The government authority located in Coastal Carolina, South Carolina, is seeking employee assistance program services to promote enhanced workplace productivity, retain valued employees, and foster a productive environment. The agency is trying to solve performance issues by providing outside support to employees facing personal, health, and professional challenges. The requested scope of work covers a wide range of support services, including counseling for individual, couples, and family issues such as child and adolescent care, elder care, marital concerns, separation, divorce, and adoption. The selected vendor must also provide health and wellness support, which includes nutritional coaching, mental health services, weight loss guidance, depression, anxiety, and stress management, grief and loss counseling, tobacco cessation, alcohol and substance abuse support, suicide prevention, sexual issues, and self-care. Additionally, the scope encompasses legal services for estate planning and identity theft, financial credit and debt counseling, anger management, and crisis or trauma intervention for critical incidents, abuse, or violence. To be eligible for this opportunity, bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite at the vendor's own office premises. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
