RFI for Live-Action Educational Videographer Services

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide live-action educational videographer services to deliver vital information about the agency and its programs to the public. To solve this communication need, the agency requires the production of two educational videos. The selected contractor must provide at least one videographer who is highly experienced in video production, filming, and post-production editing. The scope of work requires the contractor to attend an initial conference to participate in storyboard and whiteboard discussions to develop ideas as part of the creative process. The agency may hold follow-up conferences depending on the creative needs of both parties during development. The contractor must deliver the finished educational videos and receive final approval from the agency before the contract term ends. The work will take place both onsite and offsite.
