Environmental Quality Act Compliance Service

The California government authority is seeking a contractor to provide environmental quality act compliance services. The agency needs technical and administrative services to monitor, supervise, and review all performed work while coordinating budgeting and scheduling. This oversight ensures the agreement is completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with approved procedures and applicable laws and regulations. The scope of work requires the preparation, update, or modification of analyses considering the direct, indirect, and cumulative effects of water diversions or other project operations on instream flows. For project facets where physical changes to the environment would occur, the contractor must conduct initial cultural resource inquiries. These inquiries include reviewing previously completed surveys, cultural resource reports, archaeological site records and maps, and formal property listings at the Information Center of the California Historical Resources Information System. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 14, 2026. The agency accepts digital submissions via email or online, and the budget is open to proposals.
