Real Estate Listing Agent Services

The City of Timberlands North, Ontario, is seeking a real estate listing agent to represent and market its residential properties. The agency needs a creative marketing initiative to promote Timberlands North and miscellaneous city-owned residential properties to prospective property developers and businesses. The selected vendor will assist the City Land Services team in selling residential lots, which will be marketed and sold through the Multiple Listing Service. The agency will provide and control the land sales agreement throughout this process. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. The resulting contract will span a performance period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026.
