Lawn Care Service

The government authority located in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing lawn care service and maintenance visits. The agency requires the removal of all twigs, branches, debris, and trash from the grounds prior to each mowing. Additionally, the selected provider must complete a comprehensive spring clean-up no later than May 30th. The spring clean-up scope of work covers shrub and plant trimming, as well as vacuuming all lawns and grounds. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Saint Paul location. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026.
