GLOBAL - US Market-in Overseas Coordinator Program Service

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan, or its designated representative agency, is seeking a United States-based organization to provide overseas coordinator program services to support Japanese food exporters. The agency aims to help Japanese businesses, industry associations, and related entities develop and expand their sales channels within the United States market. The selected coordinator must recruit and select Japanese companies, establish a structured flow of support, and pitch proposals to distribution channels while maintaining ongoing follow-up with the participating Japanese exporters. Additionally, the service provider must deliver strategic advice and proposals directly to the agency regarding the development and expansion of these overseas sales channels. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency will allow the selected coordinator to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to budget proposals within the submissions.
