Paper Documents to CD ROM PDF File Format Transfer Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide paper documents to CD ROM PDF file format transfer services. The scope of work covers renaming and indexing softcopies of vouchers, interfund billings, and department transfers, then delivering them on a CD ROM or a secured FTP site in a PDF file format. The project also requires transferring Cash Memorandum Receipts PDF files to a CD ROM or secured FTP site in PDF file format. Additionally, the vendor must transfer general paper documents to a CD ROM or secured FTP site in a PDF format. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
