Aviation Training Services

The City of McAllen, Texas, is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive Flight Academy Program for twenty-four participating students. The program must prepare these students to obtain both a Federal Aviation Administration Sports Pilot License and an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Drone License for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Instruction must cover all relevant aviation regulations, flight maneuvers, and safety protocols required for these credentials. The selected vendor may perform the training services either onsite in McAllen or offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows bidders to submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
