Results-Based Accountability Training Service

The San Mateo County public health authority is seeking a qualified contractor to design and facilitate an engaging, interactive, and equity-centered Results-Based Accountability training program. The agency needs to make these concepts accessible and relevant to a diverse audience of county staff and community members who possess varying levels of familiarity with the framework. To solve this, the selected provider must incorporate adult learning principles, interactive facilitation methods, and real-world public health scenarios into the curriculum. The scope of work requires the delivery of a final training agenda, a curriculum and facilitation plan, presentation slides, participant materials, and supplemental tools. The contractor must also facilitate the agreed-upon training sessions, provide post-training evaluation tools, and submit a final summary report containing participant feedback and recommendations. The agency is permitting the performance of this work to take place both onsite in San Mateo, California, and offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept response submissions digitally via email or online.
