Promotional Examination and Testing Services

The Town of Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide promotional examination and testing services. The selected provider will develop, validate, administer, and score written examinations and oral assessment type promotional exams. The scope of work also includes a conservative contractual sludge quality characterization for proposals associated with the transportation, management, beneficial use, processing, thermal treatment, landfill disposal, biodrying, or other permitted handling of municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Only onshore vendors located within the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to deliver the specified testing services and sludge quality characterization.
