Utility Bill Printing and Mailing Services

The City of Atlanta, Georgia requires a qualified vendor to provide utility bill printing, inserting, mailing, and electronic delivery services for water and sewer bills. The agency also needs to improve its postal records through electronic reports and requires a solution that allows for expedited changes to forms, envelopes, and topical billing content. The selected vendor must provide an interface for the agency to conduct final proofing of bill records prior to release.
