Esoteric Testing Services

The Harris Health System in Bellaire, Texas requires a qualified external vendor to perform specialized clinical laboratory services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs to solve the challenge of conducting highly specialized, esoteric testing that cannot be performed in-house, ensuring patient care needs are met efficiently. The selected provider must maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and client data in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and established agency policies.
