The City of Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a development partner to deliver a catalytic mixed-use project to strengthen downtown vibrancy, activate the public realm, and contribute to long-term economic sustainability. The agency needs a development that drives pedestrian activity, activates street frontage, encourages extended downtown visitation, supports surrounding businesses, and generates lasting economic momentum. The project must incorporate housing, hospitality, and retail components to achieve these goals. The scope of work requires the development of shared parking arrangements and parking management strategies, such as time limits, pricing, valet, or district-wide coordination. The agency also requires demand-reduction approaches, including walkability, mixed-use synergies, or other mobility strategies. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial parameters.
