Emergency Damage Restoration Services

The Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County, operating as the local government authority in Indianapolis, Indiana, requires emergency and non-emergency disaster restoration and repair services. This coverage must remain available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, on an on-call basis. The selected provider must perform fire, water, wind, and smoke remediation, mold testing and abatement, air quality testing and reporting, and final air clearance certification. The agency also requires the removal and storage of assets such as furniture, tools, and equipment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite.
