Road Safety Action Plan Services

The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide road safety action plan services. The authority requires the selected firm to manage the study and coordinate plan documentation, public engagement events, data collection, and stakeholder coordination. The primary objective is to develop and implement a robust stakeholder and public engagement plan that prioritizes equity in outreach activities, particularly for economically disadvantaged communities and groups disproportionately impacted by traffic risks who are not typically engaged by safety planning. The scope of work covers an online and in-person communication strategy for sharing plan information and engagement events with residents and stakeholders. The selected firm must also establish and coordinate a steering committee of diverse community stakeholders and residents to provide direction and feedback on the planning process. All project work must be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
