Fee-to-Trust consulting Services

The Nez Perce Tribe, a government authority located in Lapwai, Idaho, is seeking fee-to-trust consulting services to assist in reacquiring and protecting lands of cultural, historical, environmental, governmental, and economic significance. The agency requires a consultant to evaluate, prepare, submit, and manage Fee-to-Trust applications on an as-needed basis. The selected partner will support land acquisition, prepare complete application packages, develop statements of need with supporting justifications, and conduct jurisdictional analyses. The scope of work also encompasses project planning, scheduling, and continuous application tracking and monitoring. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. Work performance may occur either onsite or offsite depending on project requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or online and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
