Rail Safety and Quality Support Services

The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board in Millbrae, California is seeking qualified safety, security, quality, and executive advisory professionals for planned and unplanned assignments. The agency requires these services to support compliance with Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Transit Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements. The selected contractor will provide oversight for construction safety, corridor and interface coordination, and capital project delivery. The scope of work includes providing independent quality assurance oversight aligned with the Caltrain Quality Management Plan, applicable transit quality guidance, and recognized quality management principles. The agency also requires support for the development, implementation, maintenance, and refresh of safety programs, including the System Safety Program Plan and the Passenger Train Emergency Preparedness program. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
