Street Resurfacing Program Services

The City of Flintridge, California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive street resurfacing program services. The municipality requires this infrastructure maintenance to restore local roadways and improve pedestrian accessibility. The selected partner will perform all work offsite within the designated municipal project areas. The scope of work covers clearing and grubbing, variable depth cold milling of existing pavement, and paving with asphalt rubber hot mix and conventional asphalt concrete. The contractor must also apply slurry seal on side asphalt berms and swales, remove and replace curbs and gutters, and reconstruct ADA ramps and existing sidewalks. This reconstruction work includes installing detectable warning surfaces, railings, and retaining curbs. Additional requirements involve adjusting manholes and valve covers to grade, painting curb addresses, and installing traffic striping, markings, raised pavement markers, and traffic signs. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders.
