Advisory Services

The government authority located in Corona, New York, is seeking advisory services to support its board across all phases of developing, structuring, and procuring a co-digestion and renewable natural gas program. This program will be located at the Hunts Point wastewater resource recovery facility. The agency needs to solve challenges related to the design and procurement of assets for co-digesting waste materials, obtaining commercially viable natural gas from the resulting biogas, and transporting the natural gas to commercial purchasers. The requested scope of work covers evaluations drawn from multiple disciplines. These disciplines include engineering, finance, legal, tax planning, project management, procurement, supply chain management, construction, and the structuring of real property transactions. The agency requires the selected advisor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the online portal. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals within the submissions.
