Pond Maintenance Assessments Service

The Village of Pingree Grove, Illinois is seeking pond maintenance assessment services to evaluate its existing pond conditions. The Village needs to develop standardized operating procedures and long-term maintenance recommendations to support efficient, proactive, and cost-effective management of its current and future pond system. This project aims to solve the problem of unsustainable pond upkeep by establishing a structured maintenance framework. The scope of work covers evaluating specific conditions such as sediment accumulation and assessing whether dredging may be necessary for the ponds. The selected provider must also identify a long-term, sustainable maintenance strategy for the entire pond system. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
