American Sign Language Interpretative Services

The university is seeking a vendor to provide American Sign Language interpretative services for students, as well as close relatives and guardians of current or prospective students, during Fiscal Year 2027. The agency needs to solve communication barriers by securing interpretation for classroom instruction, including lectures, laboratories, discussions, and other instructional activities. The requested scope also covers academic advising appointments, required student support services, and university-sponsored events such as commencement ceremonies, performances, orientations, recruitment events, and campus-wide programs. The selected provider must demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple concurrent requests across the university. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 17, 2026. The agency allows digital response submissions via email or online.
