Commencement Audio Video Production Services

The College of New Jersey, located in Ewing Township, New Jersey, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive commencement audio video production services. The agency needs to secure professional sound, staging, streaming, video production, captioning services, and technical labor for its graduation ceremonies. This project aims to deliver a high-quality, seamless multimedia experience for both in-person attendees and online viewers. The scope of work requires a video control package capable of providing switched split-screen video sources to both on-stage video walls and online streams. The selected vendor must supply two 50-inch to 60-inch commercial video displays to serve as off-stage confidence monitors for the platform party, alongside an 8-by-15-foot high-definition, outdoor-rated mobile video wall positioned near the home bleachers. Camera requirements include studio-configuration cameras with power-zoom box lenses mounted on platforms, as well as remote-controlled pan-tilt-zoom cameras positioned on or near the stage. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States operating within the audiovisual production, rental, and staging industry. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the Ewing Township location. The agency is issuing this request for proposals to establish a contract period of one year, and the budget will be determined based on the submitted proposals.
