Bond Counsel Services

The Paterson Parking Authority in Paterson, New Jersey, is seeking qualified legal firms to provide comprehensive bond counsel services to support its financial operations and debt management. All work must be performed onsite at the agency's location in Paterson, New Jersey. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States and must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey for a minimum of ten years. Eligible firms must also possess at least ten years of experience representing governmental entities in public finance, specifically including representation of public entities before this agency.
