A government authority located in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide safety oversight program services. The agency requires technical assistance, administrative services, and systematic oversight activities executed consistently within set deadlines. The scope of work covers the annual review and recommended approval of the agency safety plan, including all accompanying documentation and procedures. The agency requires comprehensive oversight spanning hazard management, safety events, corrective action plans, pre-revenue operations, and system modifications. Additionally, the service provider must conduct risk-based inspections, rail transit roadway worker protection oversight, and vehicle maintenance and inspection oversight. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all work tasks to occur offsite.
