The City of Lancaster, California, is experiencing rapid growth across advanced manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, and clean energy sectors. To manage this expansion, the municipal authority requires multi-year professional engineering, planning, design, environmental, construction, and technical services. These services will support the capital improvement program, development-related projects, and other municipal programs on an on-call, task order basis. The scope of work spans traffic engineering, utility engineering, roadway and structures engineering, strategic transportation planning, roadway design, and development and environmental analysis. The selected partners will provide specialized technical services, program-level coordination, and project-level coordination. Bidders must be United States organizations to meet the eligibility criteria for this opportunity. The performance of the contracted work can take place either onsite in Lancaster or offsite.
