Cost Allocation Plans Services

The City of Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide cost allocation plans services. These plans will allocate indirect costs to all city departments and will serve internal management purposes. The agency will use the resulting plans to set administrative transfer amounts from enterprise and special revenue funds to the general fund. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a pre-proposal conference for July 9, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 16, 2026.
