The government authority located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive real estate advisory services to support future real estate strategies and agency goals. The agency needs to solve challenges related to real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development by leveraging external expertise. To address these needs, the selected service provider must bring local market analysis, real estate transaction expertise, financial modeling strategies, landlord and tenant representation, real estate marketing, and contract negotiation capabilities. The scope of work covers marketing and leasing of agency facilities, including market analysis and pricing guidance. The requested services also include property listing and representation, property showings, offer management, real estate appraisals coordination, transaction coordination, closing assistance, and lease management. Additionally, the agency requires strategic advisory services on an as-needed basis, which includes recommendations for transit-oriented development, public-private partnerships, evaluation of current properties, Right-of-Way acquisition, and asset management. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. While the agency is looking for proposals to define the budget, the contract period is set for a duration of one year.
