Climate Adaptation Plan Services

The government authority in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide climate adaptation plan services. The agency needs to conduct a community-wide Climate Risk Assessment and develop a community Climate Adaptation Plan informed by that assessment. This initiative aims to identify and prioritize actions that will reduce climate risk and strengthen community resilience. The scope of work covers project initiation and startup, community and stakeholder engagement, and the climate risk assessment itself. The selected partner must also develop the climate adaptation plan, identify priority implementation projects, and deliver a final project report. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial scope. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 23, 2026.
