League Provider and Operator Services

The City of San Marcos, Texas, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive league provider and operator services for its local sportsplex. The agency requires an operator to manage the day-to-day maintenance, continual upkeep, operations, programming, and administration of the facilities and supplies. The primary goal of this initiative is to focus on recreational play while accommodating some higher-level competition and ensuring balanced teams through a structured team selection process. To ensure safety and quality, the agency requires adult supervision in an official capacity at every league practice, official game, tournament game, camp, and clinic. The operator must verify that all head coaches hold youth coaching certifications from a national, state, or local accredited program recognized by the county. Additionally, the operator must conduct statewide criminal background checks on all head coaches, game officials, board members, and any other individuals acting in an official capacity with direct oversight of children. The agency is offering a ten-year contract period for these services, and the performance of all work must take place onsite in San Marcos, Texas. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
