Student and Graduation Photography Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional student and graduation photography services for all schools within the organization for the 2026-2027 school year. The agency needs to solve the challenge of capturing, organizing, and delivering high-quality portraits for individual students in grades K-12, staff, faculty, and graduating seniors. The selected vendor must deliver individual student portrait packages, senior graduation portrait packages, and senior yearbook portraits. The scope of work covers cap-and-gown portraits, fall and spring photography sessions, retake sessions, and photography for new students. The agency requires digital image delivery consisting of yearbook-ready digital files matched to student identification data, delivered electronically in a format compatible with yearbook software. The vendor must also provide an online ordering platform, customer service support, administrative access for designated agency personnel, and secure image storage and transfer procedures. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The vendor must perform all photography work onsite at the agency schools. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
