Beltline Business Talent Access Program Services

The Atlanta Beltline is seeking a vendor to manage sector-focused and cross-sector career activations through the Beltline Business Talent Access Program. The agency needs to solve the challenge of connecting corridor businesses with prepared local job seekers. The selected partner will co-design strategic plans, engage stakeholders, and design the event formats, engagement strategies, and participant experiences for three job creation engagement events per year. The scope of work covers pre- and post-activation services for participating businesses and job seekers, as well as the maintenance of robust data and reporting systems. The vendor must provide pre-event preparation for job seekers, including resume building, interview skills, and access to professional attire. During events, the vendor must run a job seeker prep station offering brief resume reviews, mock interview coaching, and a take-home checklist, while also coordinating on-site interview capabilities, job postings, and employer booths. The agency requires the vendor to establish data collection protocols, tracking systems, and reporting aligned with identified outcomes and key performance indicators. The vendor must collaborate closely with the agency on all aspects of event planning, registration, layout, technology, accessibility, and a co-branded communications plan. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to apply for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has established a contract period of three years.
