Audio Visual Production Services

Lighting requirements include stage and intelligent lighting, control systems, rigging support, truss systems, atmospheric effects, and lighting design. Video and visual presentation needs encompass projection systems, LED displays, presentation support, camera systems, switching systems, and livestream capability. Event production support involves technical planning, event advancement, production coordination, technical labor, setup, teardown, and onsite operation. Specialized production services may include backline coordination, temporary power distribution, communications systems, production networks, and broadcast production. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in Canada. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 13, 2026.
