Yellow Ribbon Event Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Yellow Ribbon event services at a safe, family-friendly hotel venue. This venue must accommodate conference spaces, operations and storage rooms, childcare areas, community partner spaces, a registration area, and lodging and meals. The agency requires complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms and conference areas, as well as audio-visual equipment in the conference rooms. The selected venue must provide lodging for out-of-town service members, families, and staff. Additionally, the hotel must be located within a one-mile walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The performance of this contract will take place both onsite at the venue and offsite. This procurement is set aside entirely for small businesses, and eligibility is restricted to United States organizations. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
