The organization needs to solve its requirement for continuous customer contact by securing daytime and out-of-hours coverage that meets specific campaign parameters and budget constraints. The scope of work requires twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week inbound call services across both jurisdictions. For outbound operations, the agency requires support on a variety of calling campaigns running from Monday to Friday, including late evenings.
