Theatre Fire Escape Repair Service

The Milwaukee, Wisconsin government authority is seeking a vendor to perform theatre fire escape repair services. The agency needs to repair and restore existing multi-wythe masonry walls within its fire escape towers. This project addresses the deterioration of both load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall assemblies to ensure safety and structural integrity.
