Helicopter Pilot Training Services

The Minnesota government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive helicopter pilot training services. The agency needs to solve the problem of training its pilots to meet all necessary requirements for official check rides. The requested scope of work covers ground school instruction, pre- and post-flight instruction, helicopter instrument flight instruction, and helicopter visual reference flight instruction. The selected vendor must provide all additional training required for solo and dual check rides. This includes providing sufficient solo and dual flight time in the helicopter to meet the minimum requirements for a check ride, as well as providing a check ride examiner. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 13, 2026.
