Ireland - Student Enterprise Programme Coordinator Service

The Local Enterprise Office in Ireland is seeking a service provider to deliver the Student Enterprise Programme within its county. The agency aims to promote entrepreneurship among second-level schools, maximize student and school participation, and provide guidance, support, and advice to teachers and students. To achieve this, the selected provider must build strong relationships and secure buy-in from school representatives and key stakeholders in enterprise education. The scope of work requires the provider to deliver up to four workshops or masterclasses to each participating secondary school, covering topics such as idea generation, market research, production, costing, pricing, finance, presentations, and guidance on preparing a six-page business report. Additionally, the coordinator must organize and coordinate the programme launch event and prepare county final winners for the national final competition. These engagements, talks, classes, and tutorials with students and teachers may be delivered in person at the schools or virtually. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Ireland. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to be conducted offsite. While the agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders, it has not disclosed a specific budget range or evaluation criteria in the initial notice.
