The agency needs a partner to provide comprehensive services including marketing and recruitment, instructional design, student success support, and clinical placement support. This initiative aims to establish a sustainable enrollment growth strategy while working within the university’s existing infrastructure, including the Canvas learning management system. The scope of work requires the selected partner to design and execute a data-driven marketing and recruitment strategy based on market research and demand analysis specific to PharmD and health professions education. The partner must develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, search, social, and outreach platforms. Additionally, the project covers instructional design and online course development to create high-quality, engaging online coursework aligned with the university’s in-person curriculum. All courses must be developed and delivered within the university’s Canvas learning management system. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative, and the resulting contract period will be for five years.
