Head Start Pre-Service All-Staff Development Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to host and facilitate a two-day Head Start and Early Head Start Pre-Service All-Staff Development meeting. The agency needs to bring together approximately two hundred staff members for training, professional development, and meals in Los Angeles, California. This event requires a large general session room that can comfortably accommodate all two hundred guests. The required venue setup must feature banquet-style seating, with a preference for eight guests per table. The agency requires a buffet-style lunch service configured with a dual-sided setup to establish two efficient serving lines. Additionally, the venue must provide tables with linens for registration, laptops, materials, and one specific table with linen for audiovisual equipment setup.
