RFI for Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing Service

The Food and Drug Administration in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing services to support its operations. The agency requires proprietary consumables manufactured by Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. to enhance system performance. To resolve its ongoing supply needs, the agency will issue delivery orders on an as-needed basis, anticipating approximately four orders per year. The scope of work covers the provision of specific consumables, including cassettes and vision lids, with estimated maximum annual quantities defined by the agency. All delivered cassettes and vision lids must possess an expiration date of at least three months after the delivery date. The manufacturer must account for and include all freight costs associated with delivery in its pricing. The agency limits eligibility to onshore entities located within the United States.
