Environmental Facility Inspection and Laboratory Testing Services

The Las Cruces Public School District in New Mexico is seeking environmental facility inspection and laboratory testing services to address routine, periodic, and emergency conditions that may affect human health. The district needs to assess, test, identify, survey, sample, and observe potential environmental hazards across its facilities. This scope of work covers Asbestos Containing Building Materials, mold, indoor air quality, and hazardous chemical conditions. The agency requires all operations to comply with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act as well as other governing state and federal authorities. Bidders must possess proper licensing and provide certified, qualified inspectors and staff to perform the required inspections and testing. Eligible organizations must be located onshore within the United States, and the performance of the laboratory testing work will take place offsite.
