Proactive Inspection Program Services

The District of Columbia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide proactive inspection program services. The agency requires personnel who can quickly learn new software programs and technologies associated with assigned work tasks. The selected vendor must establish positive working relationships with property owners, professional architects, engineers, contractors, public officials, fellow employees, and the general public in potentially adversarial situations. The scope of work requires the vendor to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and explain necessary changes in customer plans, write reports, and speak at in-house training events. All performance of the work must take place onsite in Washington, DC. The agency is contracting these services for a performance period of one year.
