Campus Student Safety Grant Program Service

The Ohio Department of Higher Education in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to administer and provide a campus student safety grant program service. The agency is trying to help state institutions of higher education and private nonprofit institutions of higher education enhance security measures on their campuses and increase student safety. The agency will prioritize funding for institutions that demonstrate increased threats of violent crime, terror attacks, hate crimes, or harassment towards students and student organizations. The scope of work requires the vendor to facilitate and manage the grant program services to support these higher education institutions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from bidders. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026.
