The City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is seeking professional services to rewrite its zoning ordinance. The selected provider must evaluate and recommend the appropriate use of both traditional Euclidean zoning and alternative zoning approaches based on the character, development patterns, and planning objectives of different areas within the community.
