Advertising and Marketing Support Services

The agency is seeking a media buying, marketing, and advertising firm with extensive experience to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing support services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of meeting rapidly changing conditions and communication needs through cost-effective, innovative marketing tactics and strategic partnerships. The scope of work covers strategic planning, creative concept design, copywriting, social media planning, photography, art direction, graphic design, television and radio production, audio and video production, website design, mobile marketing, and media planning and buying services. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected firm will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit at least two examples of an advertising campaign or marketing support program, with at least one example featuring a significant online or social media marketing component. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will run for two years. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on July 6, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than this same date.
