Strategic Planning Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning services. The selected vendor will design and facilitate a strategic planning process, including sessions with leadership and the Board of Trustees. The project requires reviewing progress toward current goals and integrating existing planning efforts into a cohesive strategic framework. The scope of work covers conducting interviews, focus groups, listening sessions, surveys, and workshops to ensure broad participation from historically underrepresented voices. The agency requires an assessment of enrollment, demographic, and competitive trends to support the prioritization of strategic goals, initiatives, and investments. The vendor must develop strategic priorities, goals, objectives, key performance indicators, a multi-year implementation roadmap, and recommended governance, accountability, and monitoring structures. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
