Property Appraisal Services

The government authority located in Towson, Maryland is seeking property appraisal services to determine market value. The authority requires the selected vendor to collect and analyze all pertinent data in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice. Services will be assigned on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the agreement. The scope of work requires complete documentation for each appraisal along with proper analysis in a self-contained narrative format. The authority also requires other appraisal formats and forms to comply with regulations or program-specific reports, such as Yellow Book standards on federally funded projects. All appraisals must conform with statutory and judicial determinations regarding non-compensable items. The authority limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the appraisal work will occur offsite. The authority is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
