Owner’s Representative and Project Manager Services

The Ramona Band of Cahuilla, a government authority located in Ramona, California, is seeking an owner's representative and project manager to oversee pre-development activities. The agency needs a primary point of contact to coordinate with all project consultants, tribal leadership, agency staff, and the planning and design team. The selected partner will facilitate regular project meetings and coordinate with the agency Grant Manager on schedule and budget tracking. The scope of work requires the development and maintenance of a detailed master project schedule that covers all pre-development milestones and design team deliverables. The agency expects the representative to actively identify opportunities to compress this schedule, track environmental review milestones, and flag schedule risks in writing as soon as they are identified. To maintain compliance, the representative must ensure that no choice-limiting actions are taken prior to the receipt of environmental clearance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals with their own budget structures, as the agency is looking for proposed pricing.
