Retail and Restaurant Recruitment Service

The City of Fayetteville, Georgia, is seeking a vendor to provide retail and restaurant recruitment services to support its economic development goals, including downtown revitalization and redevelopment within designated focus areas. The selected vendor will conduct market analysis, define trade areas, track industry trends, and analyze commercial property inventories and redevelopment opportunities. The scope of work also includes developing recruitment strategies, identifying prospects, and conducting outreach to brokers, developers, retailers, restaurateurs, and property owners. The agency requires the creation of marketing materials, facilitation of stakeholder engagement meetings, and dedicated account management with performance tracking. The chosen provider will also review economic development incentives and policies, as well as develop strategies for pop-up retail, activation, placemaking, and temporary-use concepts.
